Right now we have a course in basic graphic design, it's fun to be back to doing other stuff than photography from time to time :P Currently I'm facing my worst enemy, vectors..... I hope we'll get along..

diary: legs around taiwan

New Taipei - Sunmoon Lake - Taichong - Tainan - Kaohsiung - Kenting - Hualien - Taipei




During my 2 months in Taiwan, we got one week off work and traveled around the whole island. One week to see the many beauties of Taiwan is really not enough, we were able to only scratch the surface. Next time I want to do the same, but with more time and maybe some locals to guide us.
This is a diary of our trip, I shot every day (sometimes a few photos/day) of what I saw when I had time to sit down for a while; trying to document small trivial moments.
I also shot a series of "food I ate", since food local dishes are very important in Taiwan and we live in a time of food instagrammed in millions.... I'll put it up later~

Currently we're having this course in contact photography with Sefan Bremer, I just came back from a very intensive workshop in Tallinn. This course is mostly about working outside of your comfort-zone, either drunk or sober...

Väri ilmaisun perusteet last year, shot on medium format color film with Mamiya.

I've found my way back to school from Taiwan. It was an amazing experience and I think it changed me on some fundamental level. Of course I also have around 300 gig of material, both photos on film and digital and also some moving picture. Some will eventually find their way here....
